Part 1 Details

The family of Eddie Lee Hendrickson has invited the Patriot Guard Riders to honor his memory and service to our Country by standing a Flag Line at his funeral service, ride with him one last time and stand the Flag Line again at his interment service.

The Patriot Guard Riders will stage in the parking lot of Laurel Land Funeral Home. Following the mission briefing, riders will establish the Flag Line and await the arrival of family and friends of Mr. Hendrickson. Once the service begins, we will retrieve the flags and return them to the support vehicle in preparation for the procession to the interment site.

The interment service will be conducted at Laurel Land Memorial Park adjacent to the funeral home and there will be no professional escort service. There is not a separate staging for the procession or interment service.

Mike Flocken and riders not participating in the procession will proceed to the Memorial Park and establish the Flag Line there. At the conclusion of the interment service, flags will be furled and stowed. Riders will then be debriefed and dismissed.
